IRN-BRU Carnival 2026 Tickets Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Specific Terms and Conditions:

Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our).

Promotional Period Opens: 12:00 on Wednesday 14 October 2026.

Promotional Period Closes: 16:00 on Monday 9 November 2026.

 To enter: QR Code, Website, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok entry only.

  • To enter via our QR code you must: (i) scan the QR code on your IRN-BRU product, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form (first name, last name, email address).

  • To enter via our website you must: (i) visit https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form.

  • To enter via Facebook you must: (i) click on the link and go to https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form.

  • To enter via Instagram you must: (i) click on the link and go to https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form.

  • To enter via TikTok you must: (i) click on the link and go to https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form.

  • To enter via X you must: (i) click on the link and go to https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets, (ii) fill in your personal details required on the form.

Entrants will be given the option to opt-in to marketing communications from IRN-BRU. Opting-in to receive marketing communications is not a condition of entry.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 16+. Instagram, Facebook, X and/or TikTok account and/or a device with QR code scanning capability and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after each promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.

Promotional Period Prizes: 97 x winners total. 97 x winners will each win 2 x General Entry tickets to the IRN-BRU Carnival at Scottish Event Campus (“SEC”).




Prize T&Cs:

  • IRN-BRU Carnival shall run 18 December 2026 until 10 January 2027 inclusive (excluding 25 December 2026). See IRN-BRU Carnival website for opening hours.

  • Each winner will be sent a code to redeem their Prize online. Please redeem this code by visiting https://irnbrucarnival.seetickets.com/timeslot/the-irn-bru-carnival

  • Each General Entry ticket allows the Winner, or their chosen associate (in any case 1 x person), to redeem access to the IRN-BRU Carnival on their chosen day.

  • Once the Prize has been redeemed by the Winner, or their chosen associate, they shall not be permitted to reuse the Prize to gain additional entry.

  • When accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to the IRN-BRU Carnival event T&Cs, which are available at: https://irn-bru.co.uk/pages/winirnbrucarnivaltickets.

Draw: 97 x winners will be drawn by us at random on or before 10 November 2026, from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the closing date by email provided at the point of entry. Please look out for an email in your email inbox. The Winner must take steps to claim their Prize, in accordance with the instructions provided on the email.

The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: IRN-BRU Brand Manager (IRN-BRU Carnival Ticket Giveaway 2026) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

Your contact information will only be used and shared for the purpose of administering this promotion. We may share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling any Prizes won through this promotion (including our social media partner and fulfilment / delivery partners).

Entrants will be given the option to opt-in to receive marketing communications from IRN-BRU. Should the entrant decide to opt-in, they are consenting to receiving the said marketing communications from IRN-BRU. The entrant can opt out of receiving these communications by clicking the link at the bottom of each marketing email, or by emailing dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk.
