IRN-BRU x Cowpeople Promotion Terms and Conditions

Joint Promoters:  A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our) & Cowpeople Limited (Cowpeople). 

Opens: 16:00, 29.05.25.

Closes: 09:00. 19.06.2025.

To enter: Instagram and TikTok entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter. 

- To enter via TikTok you must follow @irnbruofficial and @the_cowpeople on TikTok and comment a cowboy related emoji; and/or

- To enter via Instagram you must follow @irnbru and @TheCowPeople on Instagram and comment a cowboy related emoji.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 16+. Instagram and/or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. Max 1 entry per user per platform.

Prize: 15 x winners total. Max 1 prize per person. Prizes will be allocated as set out below:

1. First three drawn winners will each win: 1 x IRN-BRU branded handkerchief, 1 x IRN-BRU branded can holster and 1 x pair of custom cow boy boots (the “Main Prizes”). Cow boy boots can be selected from the range available within CowPeople's shop and will be picked to fit the winner; and

2. Final twelve drawn winners will each win 1 x IRN-BRU branded handkerchief.

Specific prize terms:

1. IRN-BRU branded handkerchiefs and IRN-BRU branded can holsters are one size only. 

2. Winner of Main Prize can select Cow boy boots from the range available within CowPeople's shop and the cow boy boots will be picked to fit the winner.

Draw: 15 x winners will be drawn by us at random following the closing date from all valid entries received across Instagram and TikTok. We will contact the winners within 5 working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winners to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram and TikTok accounts. The winners will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by DM reply within 21 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. 

Delivery of Prize: 

  • Cowpeople will arrange for delivery of the Main Prizes to the first three drawn winners within 120 days of the winners confirming contact details given that the Cow boy boots need to be customised to the winners.

  • Cowpeople will arrange for delivery of the prizes to the remaining winners via post to the UK address confirmed by the winners within 30 days of contact details being confirmed. 

The winners names and/or social media handles may be used by us to name the winners. The winners’ surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: IRN-BRU Brand Manager (IRN BRU x Cowpeople Promotion) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
