IRN-BRU x Racetrack - Text to Win Giveaway December 2024

Specific Terms and Conditions: 

Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our). 

Opens: 09:00 on Monday 9 December  2024.

Closes: 23:59 on Wednesday 18 December 2024. 

To enter: to enter, you must: (a) either  (i) scan the QR code shown on the promotional displays in participating Racetrack stores with a mobile phone with QR scanning capabilities, or (ii) enter the number 66777 on a new text box on your messages; and (b) enter the word “CARNIVAL” and send the text. You’ll then receive 1 x entry into the prize draw.  There will be a maximum of 1 x entry per mobile number during the promotional period.  Texts charged at standard network rate.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 16+. UK telephone numbers only. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. One entry per UK telephone number.

Prize: 20 x winners total. Each winner will each win 1 x Group ticket (4 x adult admission) to the IRN-BRU Carnival held at .

Prize T&Cs:

1. IRN-BRU Carnival shall run 20 December 2024 - 12 January 2025 inclusive (excluding 25 December 2024). See IRN-BRU Carnival website for opening hours. 
2. Each winner will be sent a code to redeem their Prize online. Please redeem this code by visiting https://irnbrucarnival.seetickets.com/timeslot/the-irn-bru-carnival
3. Each ticket allows the Winner, and their selected three associates, to redeem access to the IRN-BRU Carnival on their chosen day.
4. The Winner must redeem admission at the same date and time as their three chosen associates.
5. Once the Prize has been redeemed by the Winner they shall not be permitted to reuse the Prize to gain additional entry.  
6. When accepting the Prize, each Winner agrees to the IRN-BRU Carnival event T&Cs, which are available at: www.irn-bru-carnival.com/terms-conditions.

Draw: 20 x winners will be drawn by us at random within 5 working days of Closing Date from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the closing date by text on the UK mobile number they entered on. The winning texts will include a code which can redeem the Prize Please look out for text messages mobile messages. 

The winner’s name may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s redacted mobile number (last three digits of your mobile number) will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: IRN-BRU Brand Manager (IRN-BRU x Racetrack TTW Giveaway December 2024) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their redacted mobile number is not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
