IRN-BRU x Skyscanner Instagram Promotion Terms and Conditions
Specific Terms and Conditions:
Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our).

To enter: Instagram entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter.

- For an extra entry, share the post and tag @irnbru
Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.
Prize: 3 x winners total. 3 x winners will each win:
- 2 x return flights to a predetermined location in America, Canada or Mexico;
- £1000 voucher for trip.com;
- 2 x ‘Made in Scotland from Girders’ T-shirts; and
- 24 x 330ml IRN-BRU cans.
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale on the internet or elsewhere else. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and their flights and voucher will be reclaimed. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winners.
The prize is valid for travel on the dates predetermined by the Promoter. The winner and guest (both of whom must be over 18) are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize, including the necessary travel insurance. The winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas are the responsibility of winner and guest. They will need to have a current and valid credit card to check-in at their hotel accommodation for security deposit purposes. The Promoter will take no responsibility for this.
The winner and guest will provide all requested information including personal information that will allow tickets for travel including but not limited to passport, date of birth, nationality in the format requested by the Promoter.
The winner and their guest must not have any limitations upon their ability or rights to travel to and from both the destination and the departing country. The right to refuse entry to either country is held by Passport control and countries’ authorities. The Promoter and the Prize Provider, accepts no responsibility for ensuring the winner or their guest are able to travel and are not responsible for any costs incurred should entry be refused by Passport control or the countries authorities. The winner and travel companion are solely responsible to abide by the destination countries’ laws and regulations.
The winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any travel requirements that may be required and set forth by the Promotor, airline, hotels/accommodations, venues, or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.
Any changes made to the booking following confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering a promotion; or (ii) you or your guest(s) suffer in the enjoyment of any prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.
Draw: 3 x winners will be drawn at random on 12/12/25 from all valid entries received. The winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winners to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram DMs. The winners will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by DM reply within 14 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winners via email to the email address confirmed by the winners within 21 days of contact details being confirmed.
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: IRN-BRU Brand Manager (IRN-BRU x Skyscanner Instagram Promotion) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
