Eligibility: Open to legal residents of mainland Scotland, residing within 75 miles of Glasgow, aged 18+. Internet access required to enter. Winner must be the homeowner or have written proof of the homeowner consent. The nominated garden must be no larger than 275m2. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after each promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.
Prize: One (1) x winner total. One (1) x winner each win: One (1) x nominated garden will be decorated with artificial snow on 24 December 2025 (“the Prize Delivery Date”) by Snow Control (https://www.snowcontrol.co.uk). Snow Control are responsible for set-up and production. Winners are responsible for clean-up. The set-up will take four hours (the “Set-Up Period”) and winner must allow access to the nominated garden for the Set-Up Period.
Draw: One (1) x winner will be drawn by us at random on 2 December 2025 from all valid entries received. The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the closing date by John Doe, IRN-BRU’s promotional partner, via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address, proof of home ownership or written consent from the home owner, telephone number, email address by reply within 5 days of our email. We also require an approximate size of nominated garden and imagery of the nominated garden in advance. If the winner does not provide this within 5 days of our email, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize on the Prize Delivery Date. In the event of extreme adverse weather conditions, the Prize Delivery Date may be postponed at our discretion to January 2026.
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: IRN-BRU Brand Manager (IRN-BRU Christmas Competition 2025) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
